• 150-point Business Credit Scan
• Educational modules and AI guidance
• Compliance tracking and recommendations
• Web presence monitoring
• Affiliate program management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Our services are offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Business Owner Plan: $99/month
• White Label Partner Plan: $249/month
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payment is processed on the same day each billing cycle
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free Business Scan

We offer a free 150-point business scan. This scan provides preliminary insights and recommendations but does not guarantee specific outcomes. The scan results are educational in nature and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Midas Star and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights

10. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program allows partners to earn commissions by referring clients. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and our affiliate guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations or suspicious activity.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
