All sales are final. Midas Star does not offer refunds for any subscription payments. Please review this policy carefully before subscribing to our services.

1. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing to Midas Star, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription
  • No refunds for subscription renewals
  • No refunds regardless of service usage or satisfaction
  • All charges are final once processed

2. Subscription Services

We offer two primary subscription tiers:

Business Owner Plan - $99/month

  • 150-point business credit scan
  • AI Midas Guide access
  • Educational modules
  • Compliance tracking

White Label Partner Plan - $249/month

  • All Business Owner features
  • Affiliate portal access
  • Commission tracking
  • Client management tools

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with the following terms:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain full access to all services until your subscription ends
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time
  • Cancel through your account settings or by contacting support
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • You may resubscribe at any time after cancellation

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your Midas Star account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

5. Billing Cycle

Understanding your billing cycle:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
  • Billing occurs on the same date each month
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the billing period ends
  • Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle

6. Affiliate Program

For affiliate accounts:

  • Affiliate subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Earned commissions are not affected by your cancellation
  • Pending commissions may be forfeited upon account termination
  • Commission payouts follow standard payout schedules

7. Chargeback Policy

Regarding chargebacks and disputes:

  • Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension
  • We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent
  • Please contact support before considering a chargeback

8. Payment Issues

If you experience payment issues:

  • Failed payments may result in service interruption
  • You have 7 days to update payment information
  • Accidental duplicate charges will be corrected within 5 business days
  • Contact support immediately for billing errors

9. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel during the trial period to avoid charges. Once the trial ends and billing begins, all payments are non-refundable per this policy.
